WHAT IS BRIGADEIQ?
BrigadeIQ Intelligently Connects Compliance to ensure response team members are qualified and equipped to handle unforeseen facility emergencies.
Intelligently Connecting Compliance
Real-Time Emergency Response Team Compliance Tracking covers the complicated overlapping national standards and federal requirements for emergency response teams and facility fire brigades. BrigadeIQ analyzes your ERT team's documentation for gaps in compliance by facility qualifications. Whenever there are areas of compliance that are identified as “at risk” with national standards, or when there are possible violations of OSHA federal regulations concerning a facility’s emergency response team, facility administrators overseeing ERTs can easily identify these issues in real-time.
100% Confident Compliance.
BrigadeIQ easily connects all aspects of your ERT team’s qualifications, competency, and compliance thoroughly and accurately. In addition to individual student JPR’s tracked, facility employer level requirements (EFRs) from OSHA and NFPA can also be tracked and evaluated for qualification compliance gaps. Since record keeping and documentation for training records is required by both OSHA and NFPA, each class session tracked by BrigadeIQ can be linked to these requirements, as well as site-specific employer requirements. This key module automatically connects ERT qualification training to compliance requirements for facilities, as well as individual ERT members.
BrigadeIQ allows facility administrators and administrative instructors to track emergency response team training conducted on-site or off-site, anywhere in the world. Facility Administrators can even build their own customized in-house qualification courses, all with their own individualized training performance objectives and requirements. Once the customized class is completed, student certificates are produced automatically after the successful completion of the in-house facility qualification course. BrigadeIQ also ensures ERT personnel's qualifications remain current by alerting facility administrators of their team member's pending expirations so that training can be conducted prior to non-compliant training issues arise.
Protect Your Training Investment.
Training attendance and documentation are required by OSHA and NFPA to ensure facility compliance. Each ERT training session tracked in BrigadeIQ remains in a secure cloud-based system, always available for facility administrators, administrative instructors or facility management to review for individual and team performance evaluations. BrigadeIQ maintains secure electronic documentation of training materials and agendas, while still allowing immediate access in the event of an audit or unexpected facility investigation. With students and electronic rosters pre-loaded into our system, facility administrators receive immediate attendance reports upon completion of each training class.
